If I could submit negative stars I would but it required I leave one. Had company out to do some vent cleaning. When they attempted to run the dryer vent he was "unable to make the turn" and subsequently "found" the outside vent, pulled out some insulation and said it was done with plastic flex tubing. The repair would be between $700 and $900. After thinking about it we ended up removing some subflooring from an upstairs room and found that the tubing he found was actually for the downstairs bathroom exhaust fan. I then found the actual outside vent that was run correctly with metal tubing. To make matters worse I had to contact the company numerous times to get a resolution and every time I was told I would hear back in 2-3 days and never did. This was even the case when I talked to the owner. Eventually they agreed to refund the dryer vent cleaning and not come out again. Now lets see how long it takes to get this check
