Throughout his practice- Cody has made sure to share his time with clients who couldn’t otherwise afford his services and accordingly been appointed to hundreds of Civil and Criminal cases as a Public Defender in his home county (Madison).   Cody worked with the Indiana Attorney General’s Office while attending law school, where he worked with the Indiana Consumer Protection group, specifically in the Identity Theft Division. After graduating Law School and passing the bar Cody passed on several “Big Law” opportunities in Detroit and Indianapolis to return home to Anderson, Indiana where he opened his own practice catering to clients in Marion, Madison, Hamilton, Hancock, and Delaware Counties. During his second year of practice, Cody Cogswell got the honor to teach at his Alma Mater, Ball State University, as an adjunct professor. Cody taught five different classes for the legal studies department over the course of his three-year tenure with the University.

  Chris Garrison was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1983 after graduating from Indiana University at Indianapolis School of Law that same year. Chris graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington from the School of Business in 1980 with a major in real estate administration. In 1980 he was also chosen as an Outstanding Young Man of America. Chris did a one-year internship in the Marion County Prosecutor’s office while in law school during which he tried many cases. He was hired as a Deputy Prosecutor in Marion County after passing the bar exam. Chris also worked in private practice during that time and, within a year, left the prosecutor’s position to concentrate on his civil practice. Over the last 30 plus years, Chris has concentrated his practice in personal injury where he has helped thousands of people recover just compensation for their injuries.
