on December 13th, a friend and I went Chili's for dinner before an appointment we had at 7pm. We arrived close to 5:30, orderd and drinks and then dinner...our dinner was still not out by 6:30...the waitress advised one cook did not show up and another had quit. We were forced to shove our food down when it finally did come in and didnt even really taste what we were eating....We told her needed our desert boxed up so we could make appointment. She said would get right away and then didnt come back. By 6:45, we had to leave, without our desert. The wait was horrible, the food, so so, and it sounds like the kitchen is not well organized. I will not go back.
