By far the worse experience in my life regarding the quality of service, when I order something on-line. Before placing the order, I was told that the product will be delivered in 1-2 business days and it was delivered 13 days after I placed the order. When I called the sales rep on the phone, he kept saying for 5 days in a row that my order will be delivered next day. Instead of trying to cover up for the false promises, better explain the real situation, so the customers can make the arrangements for any delays in delivery that might occur. Won't recommend to anybody.
