Dr. Walters has a nice demeanor. However, the staff, and list of rules for the CUSTOMERS is completely out of line and overwhelming. Signs posted everywhere of what they expect of YOU, but they do not reciprocate. IE, you are not to be more than 15 minutes late, but they think nothing of letting you sit for 30 minutes without apology. Billing department is woefully clueless, and has a difficult time billing you correctly. No apologies from the staff on how poorly you are treated, nor for their own mistakes and their impacts. Completely is not worth the gamble. An office for children was shamefully not child friendly. Literally. The nice doctor is not worth the grief in getting past the front staff, nor for the bumbling billing when you leave. Best bet: keep looking for a better environment.
