- Investment ManagementAmanda is a Principal and Chief Investment Officer at Capital Cities, L.L.C., where she oversees the formulation of customized investments strategies and policies for the firm's clients, focusing on foundations, endowments, public funds, operating funds, defined benefit plans and universities. She relishes the educational aspect of her advisory role, helping clients navigate their fiduciary responsibilities. As a member of Capital Cities' Investment Committee, Amanda guides the team’s client-centered efforts in portfolio construction and investment manager due diligence. Her investment career began in 2000, with roles in operations, fixed income portfolio management and communication, creating the foundation for her consulting career at Capital Cities. Amanda currently serves on the Hanover College Board of Trustees and on the Zionsville Education Foundation Board. She supports and previously served on the boards of the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired and the Indiana Blind Children’s Foundation. Amanda was a member of the Richard Lugar Excellence in Public Service Leadership Series and the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) Leadership Network. - College FundingSusan is an Associate Consultant at Capital Cities, L.L.C. Her primary responsibilities include servicing clients and prospects and supporting the investment process as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Her extensive background in investment operations lends itself to coordination of client service and projects for the firm’s participant-directed clients, including retirement and college savings plans. Susan’s tenure within the broader Capital Cities’ team dates back 20 years, as she previously served in the role of Chief Operating Officer for Capital Cities Investments, a separate Registered Investment Advisor firm. In that role, she oversaw the design and implementation of the firm’s systems and operations in order to coordinate services between advisors, custodians and the firm’s clients. Susan has a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University.
