Bobcat of Indy was founded in 1947 under the name Snider Bros. Inc. The original founders were Lon and Charles Snider. In 1962 the Snider's sold their business to Joe Bright. Later, in 1964 the name was changed to Bright Equipment Inc. Over the years several product lines have came and went but in 1976 Melroe Bobcat loaders were added. Since that time Bobcat has became our main product line. We also have expanded by adding two new locations. In 1999 we purchased Stanley Equipment in Anderson, Indiana and changed the name to Bobcat of Anderson. In 2000 we opened a new store in Whitestown, Indiana and named it Bobcat of Indy North. Since 1947 we have prided ourselves on delivering personal service to our customers. We intend to continue the tradition of great service to our customers well into the future. We hope that you will look to us for all of your construction equipment needs. Our sales, service, parts and equipment rentals departments will help you with all your equipment needs from compact excavators and skid steer loaders to utility vehicles.

If they ever quote you it will be around a certain price give or take a hundred dollars expect it will be three to four times that! Wow did they get me!
