I know repo companies and repomen have a bad rap but I couldn't believe how well I was treated and the professionalism of everyone I dealt with. First off the repoman who came out, I believe his name was Mike, was very professional and polite. Not at all what I was expecting even after I was somewhat angry when I first encountered him. The following day I called and made an appointment to get my vehicle returned. Russ in the office was courteous and prompt. The only thing that took time was getting my loan company to send them the paperwork to release my car. I'm writing this because I was so shocked with how I was treated. With shows like lizard lick towing and operation repo, you're automatically expecting trouble when this happens. BAM Recovery's staff has given me a new insight into an industry that's got a bad name. If you ever do have a vehicle repossessed in Indiana, hope its BAM that gets it.

I recently had an experience with Bam recovery and it was not a good one. First it took them almost 10 days to get the car back to the dealership the company claimed they had to get all the items out the vehicle. So now when I go to claim my items all they had was my baby car seats and a license plate. .I ask where is the double car seat and craft man's shovel...Russell the worker stated it was in there and he had to rush because the dealership kept calling for the vehicle. I said well I will call the dealership and see if it's in there I called while standing at Bam recovery and Russell in front of me..Of course the dealership had nothing but my paperwork left in the vehicle. Long story short I was told to call for Bob Davis which is the owner is what I was told.Well that was Monday I called the next morning and spoke with Cheryl she stated she was sending a message to Bob and connected me...Of course no response and Cheryl stated to me I don't see what would be the point in keeping those items...really I don't see the point of me calling and trying to claiming it...So let's rewind back also when I got home and went to put my kids car seat in the car and the harness was missing. .Now it's Friday and no one has called me back or anything. ..The point of this review is to let people be aware that they think they can just take your belongings without anyone doing anything about it...My belongings should have been returned to me and if not the company should be responsible for the lost or damaged items...I am not done I am calling them this Friday morning 10/7/2016..and I will keep u all updated on the results

If I vould rate them a zero I would have been calling them since 10am it is now 5pm and have still gotten no answer
