I wish I had seen pevious reviews before dealing with this company! The ladies on staff have terrible attitudes! I would not recommend this company to anyone! Read the small print if you decide to proceed forward!

Rude and unprofessional. Been with them less than 4 more than and have a gapping moldy hole in my ceiling they won't fix and a broken a-c unit and they will NOT return phone calls, nor fix issues. Unacceptable.

I advice others to not go through this agency to rent a home. They are terrible with answering phone calls, returning phone calls, emails, ect. They will lie and deceive you to believe they weren't negligent. They are rude and will mock you through their conversations. They attempted to charge three times my rent to move out. They are simply not kind or moral people.

If I had it my way they would not even get 1 star. They have no respect for their tenants. It's been a nightmare since the day we've moved in here. We have children one being an infant and the conditions we've had to endure are ridiculous. It takes them days to respond to maintenance problems. I've even had to call the health department to get them to come fix the house enough to make it livable. They took well over a week to fix a busted pipe under the slab of our house and they didn't even clean up the mess that was made in my kitchen from them tearing threw the concrete. Did they offer to put us in a hotel, NO! Once again the pipes are leaking and flooding my kitchen and it's been 2 hours and they still can't tell me when someone is coming to fix it. I'm beyond frustrated and on the verge of getting an attorney.

Great staff. They are so friendly and nice. Very helpful with any questions you have. Just a great company in all.
