Phillip Waisman earned his bachelorâ??s degree in Business Management in 2014, from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia. â??After graduation, I worked in construction but did not have a destination or specific life plan. I just knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur. American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) was a perfect fit. I was enticed to join AIL in 2015.
