Dr. Primm is very much from the old style of dentistry in that he will listen to the client's concerns and present options for treatment. With other doctors I've seen, they immediately go for the most cosmetic (and expensive) option while ignoring more pressing problems. When I developed a toothache shortly after moving to town, I saw another doctor and then met with Dr. Primm for a second opinion. Of the two, Dr. Primm was the only one who took the time to really sit and evaluate my situation and provide quick care and a sound treatment plan. Office staff is always warm and welcoming when I stop in. A great experience all around.
