I was searching for a daycare for my child and visited Miss Donna's in Indian Trail. I was very satisfied with the on hand's attention that the staff provides and was very pleased with the large playground area, and the care that was taken to provide a safe turf for the children, it's a good old fashioned day care like I attended when I was a child.

I have visited many daycares as of late. Miss Donna's had a wonderful feeling to it. Yes it may be small but you could feel the love the staff had for the kids. The Director was very hands on and seemed to care about each child in each class. I have enrolled both my boys there and i am very happy.

My twins attend this daycare and we love it! The staff is fantastic and my daughters are already learning to read at the age of four because of the personal attention Mrs. Cindi can provide them during lesson times. We toured other daycare providers before selecting this one and yes, some other centers had fancier buildings and backyards (and you are certainly charged more per child at other centers for these things) but we saw what really mattered and that is how this staff really cares about our children. We have attended this daycare for 3 years because we are so satisfied with the staff and how they treat our children. The pricing is great and they offer part time daycare to fit parents schedules.

As a previous day care provider myself, what matters most is the QUALITY of care given to the children, by the staff. .The "appearance" of the building definitely needs to be addressed, however, each individual room is clean, and well equipped with various toys.. Something to consider is that the "building" doesn't provide the care to your child, the staff does. Although a daycare may "LOOK" altogether, once you leave your child there, do you really know how they're being treated.. I've worked in a very high end daycare for a few years, and from the personal experience I've seen, the staff "yes" the parents to death, but once the parents leave, they do what they want with your child. Mrs. Cyndi is an exceptional teacher that Miss Donna should be honored to have working there. She goes above and beyond what is expected and makes up for what that center may lack in other areas. Changing the appearance of a structure is easy but finding providers that are fantastic is much more difficult

My daughter has been attending Miss Donna's for over a year now and both my husband and I are very pleased with the love and care the teachers show our daughter. She loves her Ms. Cindy!!! If you are looking for one-on-one care for your kid, give Miss Donna a try.

My two year old loves going to school here! He looks forward to going to school there every day. They have a great part-time/ drop in policy which works great for my schedule. The classes are very small so my son gets almost one on one attention which was more important to me than a state of the art facility. Yes the building is old but I have always found it very clean.

My child has attended this child care facility for 2 years and I cannot express the gratitude towards the staff for all they have done for him. He has grown so much academically and he continues to learn more and more every day he attends. He looks forward to going each morning and that means a lot to a mom when you know they treat your child like family. What matters most when looking for a child care provider is how the staff treats your child and I have to say they are top notch! I would recommend Miss Donna's Bright Beginnings to any parent who are looking for loving child care for their child.

i agree with the first review. I was a parent of a child there and decided to take them out due to the up keep of the building and items inside. I do not want my child sitting on a carpet that looks as though it has never been cleaned. too bad the owners don't take more pride in their business

well this school is a small place, the teachers are really nice and so is the director but when i went in for a tour, i was dissappointed. As much as I felt at home with the staff and the rooms were clean of toys, the building needs alot of work. the carpets are dirty, the walls need to be professionally painted, the backyard is horrible, this is what turned me off. Who ever owns this place should be ashamed of themselves not to take pride in their business, the staff seems to be doing their job but first appearance is very important and i did not get a good impression. If I could find a place with a staff like that and a nice overall setting, i would be happy with my daughter going their.
