i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI have gone here since it opened and at the time would've given at least 4 stars, but in the matter of 2 years they've managed to lose me. First I had a wax of my lip and chin by the male owner who didn't use any toner or conditioner, just waxed, ripped, and sent me on my way $15 poorer. My face blistered for the next week (not exaggerating) & I still had to do additional plucking at home while I was using my own baby oil to get the wax off of my lips & find some relief. Today I went for a pedi with my mother and we sat there for a 1/2 hour with no one saying anything to us, including how long we could plan on waiting. I asked if we could make an appt for the next morning, & was asked what time & said, "10:30 am?" I was told they wouldn't be there, so I pointed out the hours on the door, 9:30 am-7 pm Monday-Saturday. He went into some kind of explanation I didn't understand, but all I heard was "we don't want your business or your money." I hope I'll find someplace new near home.

I have frequent many nail places from Stonecrest, Wedington, South Park, E 7th St., Idlewild Rd, etc and Lily Nails provides the best service and the price is great, too. You even get hot wax treatment with the regular pedicure. The place is always clean and relaxing.
