General Info

Providing health and life insurance to self-employed professionals, individuals, and families was a decision made self-evident after 15 years of reviewing credit reports for auto and home sales and finance. I found the time and effort spent helping those after financial hardships would have been better spent ahead of time budgeting insurance coverage that would have reduced, minimized or prevented most of them altogether. The first time I considered life insurance was age 18 in the Navy, where the beneficiary discussions varied with each man's situation from "all the money she'll ever need" to "it would be gone in an instant with all our bills." The medical provided by the military was a world of its own. With the rank of Electrician's Mate 2nd Class upon discharge, my first electrical job interview in freezing cold January 1995 included bucket truck rides or pole climbing towards hundreds of thousands of volts. This made me think about life insurance, too. So, like many veterans, I started selling cars. Within 2 years I obtained my first insurance license to legally explain limited credit life and disability insurance on vehicle loans which was Costly and limited. It only made sense if a client had no other means of coverage, but dealerships wanted me to furnish that coverage on 50-70% of all finance contracts. We agreed to disagree and that license expired until I renewed in 2008 after finding the mortgage industry more suitable, but decided I would stop helping people build debt with large purchases, instead, help them build wealth with smaller valuable purchases in the form of insurance to prevent large losses. I witnessed clients sustain after financial losses were covered by various forms of insurance and I witnessed lack of insurance destroy budgets, hinder the ability to make large purchases, and even break up families. During those years Ironically, I remember many clients regretfully stating they were just too busy, but I hope you will the time to seek and understand insurance over your lifetime. Annual
