What I like most about Options is your attentiveness. Thank you. No matter what, you are on it and concerned. Vincent, the caregiver, is great too. Not his fault, just a little more difficult to understand, especially for a 90-year old. But he cares and that's the most important part of the job!

The Area Agency on Aging gave us names of a few home health care agencies. We contacted 3 and selected Options because they offered exactly what I was looking for. The manger Nicole Hirch is a gem. She spent over an hour talking to us. She is very professional and perfectly suited for the job.
