- Estate PlanningIt is our standard practice to return all original source documents to our clients along with the original file. The return of the original file may be in bulk, such as with a tax return preparation, or may be piece meal as with providing you with original documents throughout litigation. Please note, certain files such as estate planning files are retained until such time as they are no longer required.
