Probably will NOT use D & M Doors even since they are a local company. One of their drivers was upset with me on the road and flipped me off. Obviously, he'd forgotten he was driving a company vehicle and was representing a company. Very bad behavior and PR! I then called the company and was told to "shove off" and that I was making the whole scenario up. I have better things to do with my time than to call companies to complain about road rage - if it had not happened in the first place, I never would have called!

My elderly father had a garage door and opener installed about 3 weeks ago. He is having problems with the remote working properly (door will not open) and the light coming on when the door opens (we need this at night). We have called 3 times and left 3 messages over a 3 day work span. The response to customer's is poor at best. We still have not heard back. My father spent good money and has yet to receive any customer service on his issues with the opener and door.
