If you have a problem with your phone - DO NOT go to this store! They are completely incompetent. Twice we have had problems with batteries and they were not able to fix it in less than 3 hours. The last time, they forgot to put the phone back together correctly. My husband drives an 18-wheeler and cannot get back there. He is still missing the card that goes in his new Motorola Backflip phone that allows him to use his camera or any other feature that needs the memory card. Have contacted them twice about this and contacted AT&T about it. Still no memory card!
