The water is freezing cold. My son's lips were blue and they had to ask us to leave class because he was too cold. That was last year. I was hoping the water would be warmer this year. I registered on the first day of registration. They had deleted his class and made a new time, assuming that no one would sign up for the original time. They did open up the original class, but did not explain to me that if I paid I would not get a full refund if I pulled him out or the class was canceled. The refund has to be mailed, and they are taking $5 out of it for something that is not my fault. I was told, "That's the way we always do our refunds." I wish they had explained that when I registered, because I wouldn't have gone through with it. I just started the water aerobics class and the instructors are really great-I love the class, but the water freezing cold and due to poor customer service regarding the refund, I am planning to take the water aerobics classes somewhere else.
