Two garage d odor openers installed and cannot get Hastings/RCSI to make repair. When calling all I hear is how busy they are and difficult scheduling my work in thr system. This Dave person/dispatcher is not doing the business any favors. If I had known they are too busy for me after the sale I would have purchased elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business. They did a wonderful job for us!!! On time, professional and honest. My husband is a contractor and he said they did a great job and he was going to recommend to his boss they start using them. Couldn't be happier!
Do yourself a favor and don't hire this company! We spent 4 hours "prepping" our store. Next day...No one showed up! These guys MUST be doing WELL in a down economy!! Called Don Kay for hours!! He must be still at the bar!!!
