Idaho Falls Care Center is a 105-bed nursing facility. It offers programs and services, such as licensed nurse coverage, therapies, restorative, activities, social work, discharge planning and Medicare management. It also offers resident council and dietary management services. The center specializes in wound care, intervention therapy, hospice, and palliative care services and aging support group. Located in Idaho Falls, Idaho, the center consists of gazebos, juke boxes, gardens and television lounges. The center is owned by the Peak Medical of Idaho that operates various units and residences, such as long-term care, independent, assisted living, nursing and developmentally disabled facilities in Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Oklahoma in the United States.
