We've been going to this dental practice for 9 years now. Consistent staff and great care, would recommend to all in the area.

I had a lot of work done, and had to go back several times because of bad work! Then after only 2 years a crown broke and they won't cover it because I quit going to there because they didn't do a good job. I will never go back!

As a tourist in Yellowstone and a retired physician, I was in trouble. I walked in the door and asked for help. Within 15 minutes Dr. Wayne Murdock was evaluating me. He spent a long time diagnosing and gave me percentage chances and options. His judgement was carefully considered and thought out. He let me choose with absolutely no pressure. I had such a horrible pain in my jaw and face that my wife and I chose the most definitive approach. Dr. M was supposed to leave but cancelled his afternoon plans to take care of me. He did a root canal on a very difficult tooth with a lot of calcification. He meticulously explored, found and treated the canals. It was easy to see from following him that he had superb skill and worked carefully and methodically. My wife , also a health care professional, watched and was equally impressed. After the root canal, he took measurements for a new crown. I watched as his milling machine made a to order crown from a solid block of porcelain in about ten minutes. This was a perfect fit and bonded into place. This type of machine is not available in most offices.I came into contact with many of his staff. As I told my wife, they really care about me, they're not just acting.I was most impressed by the office tour I received. This group spends a great deal of money on the latest equipment. They obviously were are committed to make this a premier facility.I was in the chair for a long time. My pain on the 100 mile ride back to Yellowstone was significant. This morning I am almost pain free. I would have to say that Dr. Miurdock delivers world class care. I have never been treated better either personally or professionally. The people of Idaho Falls are incredibly fortunate to have someone like this in the community.

Our family had a great experience!! The staff was extremely friendly and totally cared about us and our well being. They treated us great! The Dr really cared about me and my kids and we even qualified for an IPad!! This office does everything it said it would and more. They totally wend above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!!

My family went to this dental practice as a new patients. I was disappointed in how I was treated by the dental and office staff. I felt like they were not concerned about patient/customer satisfaction. Also I did not feel like I had been given everything that was promised. I was disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience. We won't be going back.
