My daughter and her friend went to get gel manicures. The results were horrible. One had a man with dirty hands and a piece of food or dirt got on her nail while he was working. Instead of cleaning it off he just encased it in the gel. The other girl came back with thick uneven white tips that took up a third of her nail and looked like clown hands. I tried calling the salon and the woman on the phone seemed to act like she could understand me and hung up. I encouraged the girls to go back to see about a refund. Nope. No refunds! I'm disappointed that the girls spent their own hard earned money for an overpriced disaster.
