      Framing, sheetrock (drywall), mud, tape, texture, painting Installs or repairs of molding, trim, doors, blinds, shutters Light plumbing or electrical (sink/faucet/light/fan/etc installs) MIG (hard wire) welding (steel repairs/trailer building or repairs/custom brackets/etc) Demo work, indoor/outdoor cleanup and haul-off (trash pit or donation drop-off) Local delivery & assembly of shelves, furniture, etc. General household repairs, doggy ramps, deck repair, window/door weatherization Custom built tables/shelves from reclaimed wood and metal. Move-out clean ups of apartments, rentals, homes, offices, etc. We also occasionally clean windows, carpets and upholstery if needed. We generally do not repair appliances or perform major plumbing or electrical, but don't hesitate to call or text with any questions of other services we might provide. We bid per job, provide free estimates, give you an exact cost upfront, require half of all payments prior to service and the remainder on the completion day.
