Established in 1996, Community Care specializes in treating various medical conditions and family practice. Based in Idaho Falls, Idaho, the health care center provides a range of services for patients of all age groups, undertaking treatment services for acute illness, physicals, minor surgeries, medication refills, ongoing health care, laboratory screening and free checkup. The clinic provides sports physicals for eastern Idaho area schools as well as maintains an in-house lab that provides drug screening for the patients. Additionally, Community Care offers home care instruction for numerous injuries, some of which include ankle sprain, dehydration, ear infection, gout, low back pain and nasal allergy.

I went there last Saturday about 6:30 p.m. The P.A. came in. He acted like I was bothering him. I told him what was wrong. He didn't even look at all my rashes. Just at my elbow and said it's a rash. Was writing out a precription for predesone. I told him No. So he was writing out one for anihistime and I told him I couldn't take that. He said go home and take a hot shower. I told him if I take a hot shower my whole body will be itching. He just looked at me. So I wasted my co-pay and also 1 office visit for nothing. I did go to the Community Care in Rigby. The DOCTOR(not a pa) knew exactly what it was. He didn't prescribe predisone. He prescribed a cream and antibotics. Would the doctor have been better?. I will never see a P.A again. This is the second time and the first one almost overdosed me on iron pills.

I received collection notice from them without ever getting an invoice. I am really upset they didn't try calling before sending me to collections. Will never go back to them again.
