My wife and I had our anniversary dinner at Joseph's last night and we could not have made a better choice. The food, atmosphere and staff were unbelievable! Best steaks we have ever had. One of the best restaurants in the hudson valley. Thanks Joe for helping us have an amazing night out!

My sister and I ate there for lunch, last Thursday and it was a very nice relaxing and delicious one. Everyone was really nice and the music was good too. We took home a piece of carrot cake and let me tell you it was the best carrot cake I have ever had. That was definitely a 5 star dessert. Great place to stop if in the area. N.J.

The FOOD IS GREAT, great parking, great seating,great bar,and GREAT music on weekends. Huge dance club room. GET THERE APRIL 21,at 8:30 pm for Retro 60's & 70's Costume Party at Joseph's Steak House Hyde Pk. NY (you can come dressed in your regular duds) Only the BRAVE will show up in a wild get up!! The Fabulous PONYYTAILS BAND for this night 4-21-12.

Was at the same Christmas Party as the not so nice guest. Great prime rib and the servers could not do enough. Had a great time.
The Steak House only open for a week was open the night of the, Sunday, October 30th, snow storm. The food was wonderful. Best prime rib in many years. How ever, there was only two wait staff and no hostess. Service was very, very slow. Once we ate we waited over a half hour for our check.I also thought the prices were a little high. I will try it again hoping service will be better. Great food.

Finally- a bona fide steakhouse in the area- caught it quite by accident when visiting the Roosevelt and Vanderbilt mansions- it is right by the Vallkill Estate. The food was to die for! The prime rib was outrageous. Very classy place- lots of Sinatra.
