I was a travel therapist in this facility for a week. They had no hot water during the time I was there. How did they clean the soiled laundry or wash the dishes? More important, these residence had no hot water to be bathed in. Also, throughout the place, they had rat traps and cockroaches.!!! I went through the proper channels regarding my concern with this care in the facility. I have worked in this field for 14 years and never did I witness such bad care and unconcerned people. How the state let this happen is beyond me. My supervisor told me that most of the patients at this facility are homeless and drug addicts. I feel that no one should be treated this way..
