Jill Oxley, MD, FACS is a general surgeon, who has a special interest in breast surgery. She attended medical school at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut and did her residency at Boston Medical Center. Dr. Oxley is certified by the American Board of Surgery.
