The Hutch area does not know how lucky they are to have Dr. Reiter and Dr. Roffey. I found that the knowledge and experience they have cannot be matched. I have always had a good experience there with both my pets. It is worth the drive out from the metro for their care and great prices. If your dog needs a surgery or a second opinion, you need to go there!!!

I have always had a good experience there with my dogs. They are great about working with my dog's liver issues and coming up with a solution to keep her healthy. Always willing to answer questions! They were also very helpful when we had to put our old dog down, very very hard thing to do.

This vet clinic has VERY poor customer service. I've met with poor attitude everytime I've visited the clinic. They also don't explain to the fullest extent what is required for your pet. I was bringing my cat in for a simple shave which already required sedation; what they didn't explain is all the other numerous charges that I would face because her vaccines were not up to date. Which they would have known that from the office visit I had just the previous week. I will go out of my way to not take ANY of my four pets to this clinic.
