Bartco offers a mix of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom NON-SMOKING apartments and Suites. We're sorry! NO DOGS OR CATS are allowed. Caged pets o.k. with prior approval. Bartco offers market priced housing NO SECTION 8. Laundry facilities are on site at all buildings. You pay only electric or cable if desired. WE PAY EVERYTHING ELSE! We have the "HILLSIDE" Complex at 970 Jefferson Street SE, (close to 3M) and "DOWNTOWN" Apartments in Hutchinson MN. We take pride in providing a clean, well maintained home for our tenants who become friends. For your safety we require background checks. If you're sick of BAD or inattentive landlords, come live with us!

Incredibly managed! Great neighbors and easy to work with management and very clean. I moved into a perfectly detailed and clean apartment. This certainly hasn't been the case in other properties I've always had to clean before I could move in. Bartco has a fairly high standards for selecting their tenants. No housing vouchers or section eight clients or felons. You have to have good credit.
