Tuesday evening our lights started dimming and we thought we were having low voltage problems. We called Westar and two men showed up before long. They shut the power off to our house and went about finding our problem. They found the problem and explained it to my wife because I was not at home at the time. They did the repair and turned out power back on and we have had no problem since. These guys were very professional and polite. My wife commented to me about how nice they and were knew their jobs very well. While one of them finished up the repair the other man took a minute to explain to me over the phone what our problem was. They eased our minds about what was done as we were concerned about a fire hazard. It is nice these days to see people that care about their jobs and leave the customer feeling like we mattered. We believe they went the extra step to put us at ease. To our generation it's what we called the American work ethic.
