The Educational Services and Staff Development Association of Central Kansas offers training and support services to administrative and educational staff of schools. It offers workshops on mathematics, reading and technology-based instruction. The association also provides training on goal setting, and organizational learning and improvement. It also offers programs for students that include industry training through job shadowing, mentoring and volunteering. The association also provides high school study resources. Additionally, it provides assistance with grant writing and coalition development.
