APAC-Kansas Shears Division is one of the oldest businesses in the state of Kansas. It is also a leading supplier of asphalt paving services and construction materials. The division operates in Kansas with branch offices in Dodge City, Emporia, Hays, Hutchinson, Salina and Wichita, Kan. APAC-Kansas Shears Division offers services that include private, residential and commercial asphalt paving, asphalt hot-mix production and sales at nearly 15 facilites, quarries, sand and gravel products, two concrete ready-mix plants, grading, curb and gutter construction, cold milling and utility and storm drainage construction.
