If I could give this store a 0 Star I would. I ordered a twin size bed for my daughter a month ago. The website told me 5-10 days it would arrive to my store for pick up. After waiting 2 weeks and it hasn’t showed up yet, I called the store. No one could find the bed or provide me an explanation where it was or why it wasn’t there. I called the toys r us distribution center myself and they located my item and said they were putting it on a truck that day and it would get to the store the same day (it’s 2 hours from my store)
Well my bed arrived 3 days ago and it’s still sitting on the truck. They say “it’s a large truck they will finish it when they finish it”
My husband works in logistics-this is the poorest excuse ever. The matter of the fact is the whole store knows I’ve been looking for this bed. It’s not their fault it was delayed but they were HORRIBLE in helping me locate it that I did myself. And that it’s been sitting in their parking lot for 3 days, knowing I’ve been looking for it is why I will NEVER shop at this store again. I will drive right past it and go out of my way to another store where a different store manager with common courtesy can assist me. Next time I order furniture I’ll order from amazon-my daughters mattress came in 2 days. And she’s been sleeping on it on the floor for a month without the bed that I should have had.
