NANCY is rude, hateful, very abrupt and loud without any filter at all. She has humiliated me by walking in dressing room while I was undressed to inform me for the third time "only 4 items in dressing room". Seriously she just opened the curtains while I was half undressed and didn't even appologize, I don't think she even realized how unethical or humiliating it was at all.. I seriously think what she did is illegal either way it is very very rude, very demeaning and 100% the worst customer service I have ever had... And I don't think she realizes the effect it has on others.... Smiles have faded fast... Wish the management would review and look Into this as I'm sure they would be against this kind of behavior and want the customers to feel welcomed and all employees feel important(not less than). She is rude and talks down to other employees as I have noticed their bright happy cheerful smiles have faded since NANCY has been there... It looks like to me she strongly dislikes her job or she just needs a better attitude... She makes me and my mother nervous and we have not visited Texas Thrift as often as we used to because it just isn't as pleasant now... Very high intensity now and not a relaxed warm feeling as the store previously embraced... Not to mention I have seen her numerous times do things unfairly and have discounted or combined items to make the value less and then immediately refuse to discount or even give thought to the next guest requesting the same... I feel that NANCY is not a good match for Tx Thrift and wish they would value their customers opinions on this matter...
