My malfunction was not very big, but the usb ports broke loose from the frame. Apparently, board broke. The guys at the Harwood store were very helpful and friendly. Also, very upfront about what the problem might be before opening the computer. However, their phone call revealed as they told me in the store and they said it would be a couple of days before it was ready. I got a call the next day stating they fixed it. What a relief. Not 4-6 weeks at Toshiba. Thanks! Erik

My computer was attacked by viruses I got from what I thought was a safe site. PC-Help cleaned it up quickly, and put ESET NOD32 on for about $15 LESS than I could find it anywhere else. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT JOB! Hopefully I won't need their service again, but If I do, they will be the ones to fix it.

Quick, thorough, Shawn fixed my problem without any hassle for me. I will from this point on consider him my "go to" guy when I need help with my computer.
