New tire and balance on all 4 tires in under an hour. I was so impressed. Perry met me in the parking lot before I even entered the building to see what they could do for me. I had one bald tire that badly needed to be replaced. He assessed the situation made recommendations. There were already 3 other customers they were working on but I was out of there in 40 minutes. Amazing. I have used their competitor Discount tire for years and have never spent less than 2 hours getting tires. I will be a customer for life at this NTB!

Never go to this place! Horrible customer service and they will rip you off without thinking twice. I have visited this store a few different times and every time i do, i get ripped off somehow. Besides the fundamental lack of car knowledge that the men there show, they are just rude.

I just bought two tires from NTB on April 7th. I had a blow out and brought my tire into the store to get repaired. Was told it had to be replaced. Was told I had to at full price for a new tire because I didn't take out their road hazard warranty. In my opinion that is bad business when you won't work with a customer to reduce the cost of a replacement tire that is less than 30 days old.
