Hurst Junior High School serves students in grades six through eight. Its academic curriculum includes language arts, English, math, reading, science, social studies, and health and physical education. In addition, the school offers the English for Speakers for Other Languages program. Hurst Junior High School also conducts classes in American Sign Language, as well as a range of world languages, such as Chinese, French, German, Italian, Latin, Russian and Spanish. The school offers dance, music, theatre and visual arts classes. Located in Hurst, Texas, Hurst Junior High School is a part of the Hurst Euless Bedford Independent School District, which serves students in prekindergarten through grade 12 in a range of elementary, middle and high schools.
