The three star rating is due to their billing department. We are owed a refund for overpayment of services. I was told their policy is three to six months to issue a refund. The process is extremely broken, unreliable, and frustrating. I would not be given three to six months to pay our bills, they should not be given three to six months to refund an overpayment.
