I went there once to get my nails done, the lady was extremely rude and rushed through leaving my nails looking terrible. I thought I would give them a second chance. Never again! I walked in they were yelling at each other and they told me they could not help me. Absolutely terrible service and expensive.

I was in a few weeks ago. The guy who did my nails was completely RUDE - he even yelled at me! I couldn't understand what he was asking and he yelled at me! I would've gotten up and left had my nails not been half finished - NEVER going back again.

Rude Rude RudeWe went for a girl's morning out and my mother-in-law, my daughter and I were stunned into silence by the complete rudeness. I have a few things I don't like so I nicely shared this before she started and she angrily responded and then proceeded to talk to her co workers in their native tongue. Another time when she was rough I suggested that she let me hold my leg up and again she responded in a nasty tone then talked about me in her language to her peers. It was one of the most awful experiences. Her colleagues were either afraid of her or indifferent. If negative stars could be given, I would do it. Good luck if you decide to try it!!! Ann T

From the moment I walked into the door until the moment I left, my mother-in-law, daughter and I were treated like "enemies of the state." I have a few things that I don't like when I get a pedicure, so I nicely stated this before she started and it was downhill from there. The three of us were stunned into silence. I not only do not recommend this place, I think they need to revamp their entire staff. The lead employee seems to terrify the other two employees. Good luck if you decide to go. Negative stars! BTW This is my very first negative review of any place!!!

The 2 photos posted of my toes with the gems and zebra stripes on fushia color polish are both mine. I was at store 8/18/13 paid total of $51.00. I brought my own O.P.I Lacquer polish. I got the Deluxe pedicure and was to also paint design on big toes with row of 6 small gems. I was instructed to sit under lamp to dry. I also had someone else there with me getting work done. When one of the male employees came over to check on the dryness, he said (YOU COMPLETELY DRY). I said, (I can wear thin flip flops), he again said, (NO, YOU COMPLETELY DRY). (He's supposed to be the EXPERT). He proceeded to put my shoes on both feet, which cover all the toes. I was only in town one day and drove 2hrs there and 2hrs home. Total 4 hr round trip. When I got home my left toe was ruined, and a gem off the right. I tried calling 8/20/13, SIX times and was repeatedly hung up on, being told don't know who manager or boss was. Got nowhere. They just said, (you come in). One female said, (we believe you). I explain a 220 mile round trip was not acceptable. Then I call twice on 8/24/13 spoke to Andy who said was supervisor but had no power to give me a credit. Said, (Just come in and will fix everything, no charge). Not acceptable. I told him now I will have to pay another shop to fix their mistake and wanted my charges credited back to my account. He wouldn't even take my name to have owner handle,nor give his name or number. Horrible service when dealing with customer complaints. He hung up on me. I had advised I will make public and file complaint. He said, (OK, GO AHEAD THAT'S FINE!)

Ruled!!! Non speaking English girl f up my nails n cut me several time! The place smelt like dead fish and there was flys flying everywhere! Nasty will NOT be going back anytime this lifetime!!

RUDE RUDE RUDE! I stood at their podium for 5 whole mins and nobody even acknowledged me, not even a glance in my general direction! That was the first time I went there and I will NEVER go there again.
