I took a dress shirt for them to dry clean and was told they do not dry clean cotton or cotton blend shirts which I never heard of at any dry cleaner before so I asked what do they do for this type of shirt. She said we wash and press so I asked them to make sure the stains on it were taken care of. They give me back the shirt with the stains still there and appearing untouched and was told they can not remove these stains despite the fact they were mere coffee stains. I took the shirt to Malibu Cleaners in Washington and the stains were removed. I will no longer take any clothing to these cheats and Malibu Cleaners now has my business.

I've never had a complaint. Never heard a complaint either. They're behind the Dairy Queen, in that little strip mall.
