I was very happy with the service/diagnosis of my heating problems. The service tech was obviously experienced and knowledgable.He was very nice, professional and was able to explain my heating problems in terms I understood. When it came to my subsequent furnace replacement, the install crew, was ever bit as nice and easy to work with as the owner/salesman and the aforementioned service tech. It was good to see both of them involved in my furnace replacement. The job was done on time and while they worked, things seemed to move very fluid, like each crew-member knew exactly what he should be doing and he did it. When the furnace was completely installed, I was delighted to see that they had cleaned up the workspace and my new heating system was quiet and worked beautifully. I have already given their name to 2 of my neighbors and felt my experience with Raleigh/Durham Heating & Air Conditioning, well deserved a few minutes of my time to write this reveiw.
