No wait, people were friendly and helpful at eye appointment and at purchase of new glasses. Got a great AARP discount and the first pair of new glasses showed up in less than a week.

I have been to several eye doctors to try to get the right multi focal contacts and was never able to get the correct ones. Dr Brumbelow and his staff were awesome. Tina helped me pick out the perfect glasses. The entire staff was awesome

Appointments, staff and process of buying glasses and contacts have always been an easy process. They have always been courteous, efficient and extremely helpful. I had a great experience. The only thing I think could be tweaked is the wait time. Everyone in the waiting room was complaining about that. Every staff member, Optician, & Dr. Brumbelow were all incredible. I've never been with an eye doctor that was so open and informative about my condition. I was extremely impressed, & am so glad I switched from Avery Eye Clinic.
