I would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. I went in for a crown that was scheduled with a specific dentist. I got there and they said I was going to see someone else. That dentist decided to do a filling instead and ended up damaging a nerve in my tooth. This happened in November. In January they did a partial root canal to clean out the infection that had been caused from the filling. My tooth has been in pain since then. They told me they could not finish the root canal until the pain stopped--well it's April and it never stopped hurting! Finally I put my foot down and said they needed to do something instead of waiting indefinitely for it to heal on its own. They told me I should see a specialist and may have to consider getting my tooth pulled. I saw the specialist and found out that my tooth was fine, and they had left debris inside the canals when they went in back in January! And on top of that they had the nerve to call and warn the specialist about the "difficult" patient they were referring to him! Talk about professionalism! I have been trying to speak with their manager since Mid-January. I've only gotten her on the phone once and she was not very polite. She promised a refund check for half of the root canal a week ago today.. I have called EVERY DAY since then and she has not been there once?! Seriously. Save yourself the trouble and find another dentist!
