Just ate at Garibaldi's for the first (of a great many to follow) time. Carlos and Caesar are brothers/owners I was greeted warmly as I came in and directed to the table where my friend waited.... We ordered the Special of the Day which was a huge plate with incredibly tasty shrimp on a skewer, strips of chicken and steak, mixed with onions and peppers and a delightful white sauce over a bed of tortilla chips (homemade - thin and crispy) The atmosphere is warm, open and inviting and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our water glasses were constantly kept full and new napkins were offered freely. Definitely worth a trip to downtown Huntsville, AR We drooled over most of the rest of the items on the menu. Carlos informed us that several people make a special trip from various parts of NW Arkansas, just for his Pineapple dish. We will see you soon.
