I LUV W SPA! ALL OF THE HAIR STYLIST INCLUDING THE OWNER MAKE U FEEL LIKE UR HOME. THEY MAKE SURE UR COMFORTABLE IN WHATEVER U COME IN&REQUEST. THE SETTING THERE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL! THEY ALL GOES OUT THEIR WAY 2 MAKE SURE UR SATISFIED! THEIR ALL R VERY FRIENDLY&WHILE UR THERE BEST BELIEVE UR LAUGHING&TALKING W/EVERY1! WHEN U LEAVE THERE BEST BELIEVE U WILL BE VERY HAPPY&SATISFIED IN EVERY WAY W/UR HAIR&NAILS LOOKING VERY BEAUTIFUL&HEALTHY! EVERY1 I SUGGEST U CHK THEM ALL OUT. U CAN PICK ANY STYLIST THERE. I went in and had the salon owner do my hair for me. Everytime I would come in she would charge me an extra $15.00 more than the last time. I would come in every 6 wks to get a retouch on my relaxer. That does not make sense to have to pay an increased amount each visit greater than the time before. Then I would have a standing appointment she would leave right before I come and have the other ladies working there to prep my scalp for the relaxer so that I would not leave. To make a customer wait an hour because you "went to run some errands and figured I would not mind." Is beyond inconsiderate of the individuals time, unprofessional, and rude. This was done on a regular basis. My hair was never styled how I wanted it and she always complained that my mid back length hair is too long and she only likes to do short hair. Also having a consumer to swipe there card through your personal cell phone is not comfortable for most people (including myself). Avoid at all cost.

I went to the W Spa and Wow! It was so great! You must go and see these lovely ladies they do it all!

I visited the W Spa in early October with a group of friends. The customer service was PHENOMENAL!! I am looking forward to visiting Huntsville again just to be pampered by the friendly ladies. Shanell is awesome!! .

Absolutely fabulous full service salon! If for nothing else, the decor is a must see!
