Provided by YPmobileA waitress should not have a nose from a zoo. And a beer gut from lacy springs. I came here for una señorita. Looks like waitresses from Waffle House

Provided by YP.comDon't order any of the salads, we both ordered (2 different ones) and both were so wet they seemed to come from the sink strainer! They were so wet we placed a knife under 1 side of the bowl to make the water flow to one side (at least 1/4 cup of water in the bottom!). They were disgusting and not able to be eaten
( unless you like a mouthful of water w/ each bite) The Manager had the balls to ask if we thought it was the dressing! Ya right like that little dish was a lot of dressing to make the salads dripping wet! Won't be back and neither will any of my friends

Provided by YP.comThis is the most fantastic restaurant I have ever eaten. I started eating at Rosies when they opened their first location on University Drive in Huntsville. Some months, I spend $5-6,000. The chicken fajitas are the BEST!!!!! YOU MUST TRY them! Everything is fresh from the salsa and pico de gallo to the homemade tortillas and chips.Their margaritas are good--but a little overpriced. Their yellow cheese dip is better than the white, imo. Their taco salad is to die for. They have a homemade Mexican ranch dressing and it is FANTASTIC!!! DONT PAY ANY ATTENTION to any one here who says they dont like Rosies--most likely it is a competitor.

Provided by YP.comProbably the most overrated Mexican Restaurant in town. Only worth going to if ambiance is more important to you than quality of the food. It doesn't help that it is overpriced as well.

Provided by YP.comWe are regulars at Rosies and always enjoy their Friday night specials as well as the regular menue items. Their margaritas are the gold standard by which all others are compared. In addition to great food and top service, their entire operation is a beauty to behold. Even when there is a 30 minute wait, there is not any lost time. The instant a party leaves, the table is bussed. A new party is seated within minutues, typicallly only two or three. No matter who of the staff walks by, bus person or manager, if there is something needed, a water glass needs filling, a dirty plate is on the table, that person tends to it with no lost effort. No one stands around idle. When going from one place to another, they carry with them what needs to be carried. When the food is ready, it is brought out on piping hot dishes with no wait by whomever is available, kitchen staff or manager. An indication of the operation is the number of employees that are still with them and have been there since the doors first opened. Always a pleasant exerience to eat a Rosie's!
