Bought our 2013 cedar creek fifth wheel sept. 2012. In Oct 2013 we were leaving Joe wheeler campground in rogersville and the slides would not move. We contacted Reeds camper sales in Huntsville. They were GREAT! One of their technicians came to the campground and was able to get the slides in so we could tow it to their service center. It turned out the hydraulic control module was not working. These folks sent it back to the factory to be replaced/repaired. Even though the unit was no longer under warranty, Mr Reed decided that the module should not have failed and everything was done at no charge. It is not often that you find a business willing to actually lose money just because it's the right thing to do. Reeds camper sales is the exception. In my experience, I have found they are honest and willing to do the right thing.
