I no longer take my $300.00 per month business to them. Red hanger has an idiot for an owner. They ruin your clothes and now refuse to compensate. I had always been treated as a good customer until today. Although they have ruined some articles of clothing over a decade of doing business, they would always compensate us for the damage they did. The owner herself is to blame as she refused to conduct herself in a manner fitting a competent business person. Anyone that inept will not continue receive my business.

Unbelievably POOR customer service!I have been taking my clothes to Red Hanger for about 1.5 years. Over that period of time Ive taken my clothes to them about 6 times. Ive had several instances where Ive gotten light colored dress pants back from Red Hanger that still had stains, so they had to redo the cleaning. They of course then have to keep my pants for another day, but that is trivial compared to what else Ive experienced with Red Hanger. Every since the first time Ive taken my dress shirts to Red Hanger Ive had problems with them breaking the buttons on my shirts. At first I didnt think much of it because I was only taking a few shirts to them, so I got maybe 1 or 2 shirts back with broken buttons. As time went on, I started taking more dress shirts to them, and it turned into 3 or 4 shirts with broken buttons as opposed to 1 or 2. Common sense would tell you to check the buttons on the shirts before you give them back to the customer, but I guess that is lackin
