Mirabeau ( pronounced MEER-uh-bo ) 'it's French, you know'is a gated community located on Mirabeau Drive and Bob Wallace Avenue'just one-tenth of a mile west of Parkway Place, Huntsville's newest upscale mall. Mirabeau is a new way of living 'all within three miles of almost everything Huntsville has to offer. Our compound consists of approximately 23 areas with 211 two-story studios, one, two, three and four bedroom homes. The creation of the Mirabeau community is another cornerstone of the City of Huntsville Community Development Division's ongoing redevelopment of Huntsville's Bob Wallace/Memorial Parkway area. The property was originally built in several phases by several different individuals beginning in 1962 and continuing through 1967. The community was one of Huntsville's first upscale master planned communities. First class quality construction, modern floor plans ( even by today's standards ) and lots of open space made this the place to live in the 1960's. On March 14, 2002 the property was purchased by Mirabeau, LP. Since that time, Mirabeau has established itself as one of the best communities in the Huntsville area. WELCOME HOME.
